In the Kiev metro can be a platform for musicians. A petition was filed by the citizens to the Kyiv city Council.
Now, as the speaker said metro Natalia Makogon, playing musical instruments in the subway is prohibited.
“The musicians in the subway is collected from the passengers the money that we regularly receive complaints. But if the Kyiv Council will approve the petition, we will develop the project of placement of the pads,” she said.
