Incident happened in Kiev on the street Dreiser in one of the cafes. This was reported today in the Department of communication of the Metropolitan police.
The alien approached the man and, covering his jacket in hand, quietly pulled out a wallet. Law enforcement noticed a suspicious man and decided to follow him. The police officer approached the attacker and asked to show his pockets. He refused and did not explain anything.
