“I want to ask you to show humanism and to appeal to the leaders of unrecognized republics, Zakharchenko and Carpentry to carry out this exchange as the first stage of the exchange of all for all and free these persons”, – said Medvedchuk.
“I will do everything that depends on me, will speak with the leadership and the “Donetsk Republic” and “Lugansk Republic”. I hope that what you have proposed will be implemented as soon as possible”, – said Putin.
