The building caught fire due to lightning.
On Tuesday evening, August 22 in Kharkov, fired up the building of the administrative court of Appeal of the Kharkiv region, which is located at Seminarskaya str. 46 K1.
In the description published on Youtube videos of the fire indicated that it was made from the reverse side, 15-20 minutes after ignition.
The message on a fire arrived in rescue service at about 19:40. According to preliminary information, the cause of the fire was lightning. Burned the roof of the courthouse.
