According to Deputy Prosecutor General Dmitry Storozhuk, Moscow granted the investigation only data from the radar screens, “forgetting” about these protocols.
The country-aggressor Russia has provided the international group of experts investigating the crash of the airliner flight MH17 in the sky over the Donbas, incomplete radar data. In an interview with UKRINFORM said the first Deputy Prosecutor General Dmytro Storozhuk.
“The data was provided in an inappropriate format. ICAO (international civil aviation organization – ed.) in such cases involves the provision of data in the so-called ASTERIX STANDARD. The data in this format include not only the image from radar screens, but these “protocols” that contains information about all detected radar objects, even those that were not marked on the monitor. As you know, this is the most interesting for the investigation part of the data the Russian side were not transferred”, he said.
According to Storozhuk, Russia not cooperating with the international investigation team. Also, the Deputy head of the GPU noted the politicization of the process on the part of Moscow.
