Regarding the accident in Melitopol, in which four-year-old, playing, set fire to his clothes, opened criminal proceedings.
In fact militiamen opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 128 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (grievous or moderate bodily injury).
Now the police finds out all circumstances of incident. The investigation is underway.
Yesterday, 17 April, around 21:30 in the Melitopol district of the national police from the city hospital, it was reported that the hospital delivered a girl with thermal burns over half the body.
The girl had severe burns, the emergency aircraft will be delivered in the Zaporozhye burn center.
