Law enforcement officers understand the circumstances of the death of the infant.
In the hospital Slavyansk killed three-month-old girl.
According to authorities, the tragedy occurred on September 22, and about the incident the law enforcement officers said the child’s mother.
“On September 21 in the late evening the child became ill, the mother went to the emergency Department Mornography Central city hospital. As a pediatrician had examined the infant and the diagnosis violation of the gastrointestinal tract. However, after an hour, the girl became worse and it was decided to admit her to children’s city hospital of Slavyansk, where she was placed in intensive care. On September 22, the hospital pronounced death of a child”, – told in Prosecutor’s office.
The preliminary cause of death was brain edema. The information on this fact brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations with preliminary legal qualification of “improper fulfilment of professional duties by a medical worker”.
The investigation is ongoing.
