In Donetsk region the oversight of the mother led to the fact that two boys of preschool age were forced to eat on the street, together with domestic animals.
“In Vladimirovka 2-year-old Roma, and 4-year-old Rodion usually only see an empty apartment, because my mother has long forgotten about the children, leaves them for other people and not feeding for a few days. Poor kids have to look for food near the entrance where they feed the yard animals”, – stated in the message.
About neglected kids law enforcement officers learned from local residents who called the police because of crying babies.
As it turned out, the mother of the boys is 19 and has a criminal record for drug use. The staff of juvenile prevention found it in the house of her friends in the glass. The girl hid from police and did not want to open the door.
The children are now in hospital in Volnovakha, then will be sent to rehabilitation centers.
