Irina Gerashchenko said that the withdrawal of military equipment – a chance to stop the attacks.
Two weeks of shelling in the ATO zone in the Donbas was destroyed 327 houses. This was stated by first Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s representative to the Humanities subgroup of the Trilateral contact group Irina Gerashchenko on the air of Radio Liberty.
“Today I have fresh information that these two weeks of attacks destroyed 327 houses, among them 14 apartment buildings and 313 private homes. Bombings continue, and it is very important that were made the agreement which was reached during the latest meetings (Trilateral contact group – ed) in Minsk on 15 February – it’s the abstraction of heavy weapons along the line of the demarcation,” – said Gerashchenko.
She noted that the challenge of technology – a chance to stop the shelling in the Donbass, therefore, the President Petro Poroshenko and foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin at a security conference in Munich will raise the issues of security in the Donbass.
