In the Crimea, not enough doctors

Doctors can not withstand the “weight of responsibility”.

In Crimea, the shortage of doctors in health care today is 900. This was stated by the so-called Minister of health of Crimea Alexander Golenko.

“The shortage of doctors acute, about 900 doctors, not enough medical organizations of the state form of ownership. In the past year, arrived in Crimea 116 young professionals. But many of them go to work in private clinics, or even leave the public health,” said Golenko.

According to him, young professionals are quitting the medical profession “does not bear the weight of responsibility for the life and health of patients.”

In this context, in 2018, will attract 55 professionals to work in rural regions of the Peninsula under the program rural doctor.
