In Moscow, the banner with the inscription “Putin is war. Putin is death” not hung for five minutes.
A poster in the center of white stone hung three activists.
Almost immediately on the scene there arrived militiamen.
Activists were detained and taken to the police station and anti-Putin banner was quickly removed.
