The movement of vehicles in the Central part of Kiev will be temporarily banned from 18 to 22 February at 07:00 and until the end of the events dedicated to the third anniversary of the revolution of Dignity and commemoration of Heroes of Heavenly Hundred.
This is stated in the order of the Kyiv city state administration No. 185 of 17 Feb.
