Due to the massive downpour on September 20 in the Pechersk district of Kiev, near the metro station “Olympic” at the intersection of Vasylkivska str and Physical education there was a flooding of the road.
According to eyewitnesses, the water on the roadway literally flooded the travel and all the electric stopped.
“Blocked the movement of trolleybus transport in connection with the fact that the water level was high,” said they.
The delay in the promotion of trolleybuses lasted about 20 minutes. As of 14:10 the movement of transport was blocked.
