In the “card of Kiev” will be a new useful modules

The application will add the city messenger and another four modules.

16 November 2017 in the framework of the world conference Smart City Expo World Congress 2017 in Barcelona hosted the presentation of the mobile application “Card from Kiev”.

The main innovation is the urban messenger, which enables residents to have online chat with the authorities, the utilities, the local doctor and police with your smartphone.

For urban authorities the messenger is the channel of informing of the citizens and instrument for the study of public opinion.

Enjoy messenger in application provides four modules: transport, health, education and utilities.

In the transportation module, the user can purchase a ticket as a QR code, to check and replenish balance, and view history of travel.

In the educational module, the user receives alerts on the movements of their children in public transport, the time of their entry and exit. It can check their evaluation and purchase the school.

With the help of medical module, users will be able to make an appointment to see the doctor, to choose the nearest medical facility required the specialist and make an appointment. The module gives you the opportunity to obtain electronic prescription in the form of a QR code. Also, this module performs the role of electronic medical records that stores all the data about the health status of the patient.

With the utility module, the user receives a monthly notification of all new receipts for housing and communal services, who can pay with one click using any Bank card.

“Card of Kiev” – social project of the capital, was implemented in 2012. This is a full Bank card with a wide range of additional useful functions, which automatiseret and regulates the mechanism of granting benefits, accounting and targeting, create convenient services for all residents of the city.

The project customer is the Kyiv city state administration. Implementation takes place with the participation of the enterprise “Main information and computing centre” KP “Kyivpastrans”, KP “Kiev underground”, issuing Bank “Oschadbank”, Visa and MasterCard.
