The updated facility is expected to open before Easter.

After the publication in the newspaper “Today” of the material about the mysterious construction of a new facility in Shevchenko Park the editors asked representatives of the owners. On the basis of provided information and documents, a structure which is at tereschenkovskaya, 8 built in the 70-ies of the last century, and at the moment belongs to them as private ownership.

This is the first legal building in this Park, but unfortunately over the years it has never been repaired and has not improved the adjacent territory.

“No construction of new facilities in the Park. Shevchenko, on the street, 8 is not carried out. There is only the repair of the façade and roof as well as updated seasonal Playground, which has existed here for the past 6 years. To start work we received from KCSA and other authorities all necessary permissions”, – told us in the company. In April, before Easter, there will be opened the updated cafe and will be fully landscaped adjacent territory.
