Two people attacked a police patrol on Monday evening in the district of Horst in the South of Stockholm, one of the attackers was wounded, the report said the Stockholm police.
“One of the policemen fired a warning shot, one of the attackers taken to hospital with gunshot wounds. Another assailant was injured”, — stated in the message.
“Due to the fact that a police patrol had intended to stop and control the vehicle in Orsta, they were attacked by two people,” explained Swedish newspaper Expressen, the police spokesperson Eva Nilsson.
According to her, after the police opened fire for reasons of self-defense.
The Swedish media had earlier reported the shooting to police, later denied this information.
