Internet service provider government has not yet fulfilled the decree about blocking Russian resources.
The government of Ukraine through an access point Wi-Fi you can go to the sites “Vkontakte”, “Odnoklassniki”, Yandex and Mail.ru.
May 16, entered into force the decree of the President Petro Poroshenko, according to which Ukraine has banned access to social networks “Vkontakte” and “Classmates”, as well as Mail.ru and Yandex.
Internet providers may face administrative responsibility in the form of a fine in the amount up to two hundred non-taxable minimum for failure to comply with this decree, according to the national Commission exercising the state regulation of communications and Informatization.
