In the Black sea collapsed the ship of Turkey

The cargo ship was headed for Istanbul shipping station for repair

The North-Western coast of Turkey, the Leonardo cargo ship split in half. The crew of 11 were rescued.

114-metre-long Turkish ship Leonardo, under the Mongolian flag, began to warp and broke in half off the coast of Kilos near Istanbul.

One part of the ship brought ashore by tugs, while the other sank.

Turkish media reported that the cargo ship was headed for Istanbul shipping station for repair.

According to BSNews, the ship Leonardo repeatedly transporting raw material for the plant “Titan” in the occupied Crimea through the Kerch port Kamysh-Burun.

Old, launched in 1975, the freighter Soviet production in 2011 was sold by Ukrrichflot owner from Turkey. From August 2015, is involved in the Syrian black list of the United States from the end of 2016 – blacklist “Maidan of foreign Affairs”.
