The defense Ministry announced the deaths in the area of ATO one soldier, one security official wounded.
In particular, this was stated by the speaker of the Ministry of defense of the ATO Andrei Lysenko.
“During the day, in the fighting one of our soldier was killed, another wounded”, – Lysenko declared.
The speaker of the Ministry of defence also informed that the enemy does not stop to use heavy weaponry.
In particular, in the direction of Donetsk, the main fighting unfolded in the district of Trinity, Avdeevka and Donetsk airport (Experienced and Nevel). The most turbulent was in the Trinity – where the militants carried out mortar shelling of medium intensity, during which the positions of the Ukrainian troops also fired from grenade launchers and APCS. APU had to open fire in response.
During all of the episodes of the violation of silence regime the enemy was shooting exclusively with light weapons. In total, in the Donetsk direction there were eight attacks by the militants.
In Mariupol direction militants carried out two mortar shelling of medium intensity in Shirokino and short in Pavlopole. In addition to the two armed provocations in Marinka Novotroickoe all other episodes of breaking the silence fell on the front Pavlopol, Shirokino.
All in all, in the direction of Mariupol took place on 11 armed provocations by terrorists.
At the direction of Lugansk recorded six violations of the mode of silence from fighters. In particular, in the morning militants carried out armed provocations of rocket-propelled grenades in Staryi Aidar and Yellow. In the evening the enemy opened fire from light weapons on the Village of Lugansk and the surrounding area, as well as on the Crimean.
According to a morning summary of the ATO for the past day, compared to the two previous days, the number of attacks by terrorists has increased: fighters of 25 times fired at positions of the Ukrainian military.
