In Syria killed a Russian mercenary who fought in the Donbas

According to preliminary data, 45-year-old Alexander Sagaydak died at the end of February 2017.

According to the publication, the 45-year-old sahaidak took part in the fighting in Syria in the “private military company”. The official cause of death was “heart failure”, said the sources.

In 2016 sahaidak was arrested for possession of weapons and ammunition. After release from prison in July 2016 he got a job in a “private military company”. A friend and colleague of Alexander Sagaydak in his blog said that until Syria sahaidak took part in the fighting in the Donbass, “shes broke him.”

Thus, under article 359 of the criminal code, for participation in armed conflicts in the territory of another country is provided for up to seven years of imprisonment for recruiting, training, financing mercenary, up to 15 years.

However, neither of the mercenaries involved in the fighting in Syria nor those who are fighting in Donbass, the Kremlin does not punish.
