In Switzerland invented an unusual chocolate

A new type of chocolate called Ruby because of the characteristic red hue

Bakers said that created a fourth kind of chocolate along with black, white and milk. The first in 80 years a new kind of chocolate can be a ruby.

Swiss chocolate giant Barry Callebaut says he used ruby cocoa beans. Scientists have studied them for several years. The flavor and color of this chocolate is natural and is obtained without the addition of berries.

A new kind of chocolate, Ruby is named because of the characteristic red hue, could be the first appeared after created in the 1930-ies white.

The creators say that he will bring “a completely new experience of taste, not bitter, not milky and not sweet.”

“Ruby chocolate is refreshing and has a light creamy texture. The taste is so light and fruity, you really don’t understand what eating chocolate” – said the expert on chocolate and the editor of “industry Bible” of Kennedy’s Confection Angus Kennedy.
