In Switzerland the builders during the work found a unique artifact – Thor’s hammer.
The find was made back in 2013 during the construction of the underground railway.
Workers discovered mysterious exhibit – an item with a length of 60 centimeters with the handle, inscribed with runes and lightning. Hammer the soil samples were sent to the study. Scientists conducted x-ray study of the findings. Discovered the artifact, according to experts, was similar to the Mjollnir – hammer of Thor – the God of storms and thunder in Norse mythology.
In ancient times, the miniature semblance of Mjolnir Scandinavians wore an amulet on his neck.
