In St. Petersburg held a mass protest against the St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Russian Orthodox Church

Protesters danced outside the Museum, who want to pass the ROC.

About a thousand people protest in St. Petersburg against the St. Isaac’s Cathedral in sobstennyh the Russian Orthodox Church.

The protesters are demanding the resignation of the Governor of the city Georgy Poltavchenko and chanting “Museum, Museum, Petersburg, Petersburg!” They also danced.

On the morning of 12 February around St. Isaac’s Cathedral held a procession. It was attended by from five hundred (evaluation of Fontanka) to six thousand (estimation of the diocese).

Before the rally at the Cathedral in the square of Saint Isaac’s Cathedral held a small rally, which was organized by the city deputies, who called for a referendum on the transfer of the temple.
