Special attention is paid to the psychosocial adaptation of persons in places of temporary residence.
Regional headquarters of the State emergency service has already registered more than 1 million 157 thousand internally displaced persons from Crimea annexed by Russia and the occupied Donbass.

“With the launch in the East of Ukraine anti-terrorist operation from the temporarily occupied territories and areas of ATO in other regions of Ukraine temporarily placed 1 million 157 thousand 289 persons, of which 193 thousand 11 children and 545 thousand 673 persons with disabilities and the elderly, including Donetsk and Lugansk regions of 1 million 134 thousand 445 people and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city 22 844 thousand persons”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that the rescuers meet citizens who move from areas of ATO railway stations, coordinate their resettlement and the decision of household questions, and also interact with local authorities, charities and voluntary organisations.
Thus, according to SSES, special attention is paid to the psychosocial adaptation of persons in places of temporary residence.
“Since the beginning of ATO in the East of the country psychologists SSES together with representatives of other state authorities, NGOs provided psychological assistance to 178 937 thousand internally displaced persons, including 49 children 367 thousand and 30 thousand 599 persons with disabilities and elderly people”, – reported rescuers.
