Russia has finished investigation of criminal case concerning the participation of resident of Dagestan Firuza Mirzoeva in the armed conflict in the Donbass. About it reports Interfax with reference to the senior assistant administrator of investigatory management of the TFR in the region Rasul Temirbekov.
“The investigation established that in the summer of 2014 a resident of Dagestan, F. Mirzayev in 2014 through Turkey arrived in Ukraine to participate in hostilities against the troops of Donetsk national Republic and Lugansk national Republic in structure of Armed forces of Ukraine. For 20 days he gave it for $1 million ($50 a day),” said Temirbekov.
According to him, uniforms, weapons, ammunition, and temporary housing Mirzoyev provided in a military camp in Kramatorsk, and he fought for this city.

“Mirzoyev was detained by police in Tajikistan in may of this year gave Russian authorities,” – said Temirbekov and added that the court will consider the case under part 3 of article 359 (participation of mercenaries in armed conflict) of the criminal code.
