They proposed to amend the law “About days of military glory and anniversaries of Russia” and renamed after the Second world war, celebrated in Russia on 2 September, the Day of Victory.
Thus, according to their proposal, 9 may need to stay in Russia for Victory Day in great Patriotic war.
