In Russia want to elect a President on the day of the annexation of the Crimea

Presidential elections will be held in 2018

The head of the Russian Central election Commission, Ella Pamfilova supported the idea of postponing the elections of the President in 2018, a week later, from 11 to 18 March, the day the annexation of the Crimea.

“I also support the idea of postponing the presidential election a week later, from 11 to 18 March, according to the amendments introduced in the Duma because of the electoral commissions – the later will pass elections, the better”, – said Ella Pamfilova.
The CEC head said that the announcement of the election date to be held around the beginning of December 2017.

As previously reported, Poroshenko said that the presidential elections in Russia in 2018, require the increased combat readiness of the armed forces.
