Employee of the Department of SIZO-2 in city Tsivilsk, Chuvash Republic (Russian Federation) committed suicide while on duty.
“October 29, 2017 2.05 employee of the Department of… during daily duty in the guardroom, making the shot in the neck, he committed suicide,” – said the Agency.
Investigators began checking the circumstances of the incident.
