Egregious case occurred in the Urals.
The investigation has charged the owners of two dogs that killed seven-year-old girl in the village Palimino Taborinskaya district, said the head of the tavdinskaya on investigative Department of the investigative Department of the RF IC in Sverdlovsk region Artem Mangilev.
As previously reported, on 5 February in the village Palimino Taborinskaya area on the Playground for the local DC found the body of a seven year old girl killed two dogs. In fact opened a criminal case under article “causing death on imprudence” (item 109 of the criminal code). Animals killed, their owners arrested.
“Both dog owners charged under article 109, part 1 “Causing death on imprudence”. To them threatens till two years of imprisonment. This decision was made, including, subject to examination, which came to us from St. Petersburg. Clothing and body of the dead girl discovered DNA, which belongs to both dogs,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
He added that the criminal case continues a set of procedural actions aimed at the completion of the investigation.
