About 14 thousand people remain without electricity in 12 districts of Vladimir, Kirov and Nizhny Novgorod regions and the Komi Republic after a strong wind, told RIA Novosti a source in the emergency services of the region.
“In 170 settlements of disrupted power supply to 13.7 thousand people,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
According to him, the emergency repair work will be completed by noon Moscow time.
