According to them, such measures as the factory management went because of the difficult financial situation and huge wage arrears, which is not paid for more than five months.

“On 12 and 13 thousand rubles (about five and five and a half thousand hryvnias. — Ed.) debt offered to pay off all socks, — said the employee of the company Michael. And it’s only a third of what we owed — Not paid since March, I have already more than 50 thousand rubles (more than 21 thousand hryvnias. — Ed.) but the statement about not allowed, so no one would know how many on our accounts actually already accumulated. But we at least products gave those who could not stand it, quit, no money, no products do not give, they go through the courts, but to beat can not do anything. Enterprise broke, no money at all. And the products will be over soon. If last year its a lot in stock was 80 million, now the warehouses are empty. Where all the products go and where the money went — it is not clear!”.

Michael also added that implement the socks with the tights is not as easy as “socks to take the rent and credit nobody agrees”, so the workers at the factory from time to time on strike.

“We wrote to the Prosecutor, local. So they call us and say they can’t find our Director, and he is here with us. Ask us: “did You still hope to achieve something, some kind of payment?” Can you imagine?” — said the employee of the enterprise.

The factory management confirmed the fact of salary products, but stressed that this occurs at the request of the employees.
