The journalist of the “Caucasian knot” Vyacheslav Prudnikov was shot and wounded in an armed attack in the Rostov region.
According to Prudnikov, he was attacked Thursday, December 21, in the town of Krasny Sulin in the cemetery. Prudnikov said that in the cemetery it was for work not related to journalism.
“I took the camera to take some pictures. Suddenly approached by a gray car. She jumped out of the young man, demanding to inform what I’m doing. There is a conflict, the man tried to hit me and then pulled out a gun. With the words, “you’ve got to write about power,” he began to shoot. I covered my face with a hand, the bullet hit him in the elbow. I then tried to run away, the second bullet hit me in the ribs,” — said Vyacheslav Prudnikov.
