The Yakut city court has sentenced the shopkeeper to two years of imprisonment conditionally.
Such punishment was applied because the seller, for stealing chocolate, and bound the child with duct tape.
In a small shop in Yakutsk, the boy took the chocolate, the seller, upon discovering the theft, wrapped the brush of a child with duct tape, taped her mouth and within 10 minutes had him in the back room.
After the intervention of the girl, the seller was released of a child. She was filming the incident on a phone and posted the video on the Internet.
SK filed a case under article “Illegal deprivation of liberty not connected with kidnapping a minor”.
The court found the man guilty and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment conditionally with a trial period two years and six months.
It is clarified that the verdict can be appealed by the parties
