In Russia, the repeat offender took hostage of a minor

Egregious incident happened in Omsk.

Insurance investigators in Omsk has finished investigation of criminal case about kidnapping 13-year-old thief-recidivist, who at that time was in a condition of narcotic intoxication.

On the morning of 1 February in Omsk, using a knife, a previously convicted drug addict, a man going into a private house, the door of which was open, seized him previously familiar 13-year-old girl, which was hold as a hostage, demanding to give him a dose of heroin. He was later detained by police and Regardie. A criminal case of hostage taking.

“Completed investigation of the criminal case against numerous previous convictions 41-year-old Eugene Tawahina, accused of committing crimes under articles of the criminal code “trespassing”, and “seize and hold the person hostage with use of violence dangerous to life or health, with the use of objects used as weapons, against a minor, and also against two persons”, — stated in the message.

According to investigators, previously convicted four times for theft of property man, released from prison in 2011, lived in the village of rozivka district of Omsk and January 31, after a quarrel with the wife, went to Omsk. In the morning, he introduced intravenous drug mix that Thevagina started hallucinating. In this condition he ran into the first house, where the knife began to threaten 13-year-old girl and her 78-year-old grandmother. He forced the child to call the police and, to include a speakerphone, reported that took a girl hostage and demanded the heroin. However, he threatened to kill the girl, holding a knife to her throat, back and belly.

“As a result of these illegal actions Thevagina girl, according to the conclusions of the examinations were caused by a superficial incised wound of the back and multiple scratches on the neck and anterior abdominal wall formed from exposure to the blade of a knife”, — reported in the UK, noting that the child was provided psychological assistance.

The criminal case was transferred to the Prosecutor for approval of the indictment. To the man threatens from 6 till 15 years of prison.
