The pensioner in the Vologda region, tried to strangle the neighbor girl, who called her Baba-Yaga. On Monday, November 27, reported on the website of the regional investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to investigators, the incident occurred in early November in a village in Babayevsky district. Three year old girl, met on the street a 68-year-old pensioner, said that she is similar to Baba Yaga. In response, the older woman grabbed the child by the neck, strangled, threatened with violence.
The girl was still alive, but badly hurt. “As a result of traumatic situations the child has developed a mental disorder involving serious bodily injury,” — said in the message of the RCDS.
In fact the incident a criminal case under article 118 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Causing of heavy harm to health on imprudence”).
