The killer struck the victim at least 13 stab wounds.
Kirovskie investigators have opened a criminal investigation after the murder, which occurred in one of apartments of the city. This is stated in the message published on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee.
“The investigative authorities received a report about the discovery of the body of a man in one of the apartments of the city of Kirov with signs of violent death. His body had multiple injuries, including an open craniocerebral trauma”, — stated in the message.
As it turned out, the deceased was the owner of the apartment, which was rented out. According to investigators, the killer was his 22-year-old lodger, who had quarreled with the landlord because of the mess in the apartment. “During an argument the defendant struck the man at least 13 strokes with a wooden stool in the head. After that he bound the victim and left the scene,” — said in the UK.

The suspect confessed, he was taken into custody.
