The court in Kondinsky district of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district has ordered a kindergarten to pay 400 thousand rubles due to the injury of the pupil, according to the district attorney’s office.
According to authorities, the child was injured while walking, the nature of the injuries was not disclosed. The Prosecutor’s office stated that the cause of the accident was the violation of labor protection rules and safety educator.
It is noted that the Prosecutor appealed to court with the claim about collecting from educational organizations as compensation of moral harm and material damage.
“The court considered the claim of the Prosecutor and satisfied, kindergarten collected funds in the amount of 400 thousand rubles”, — stated in the message of Prosecutor’s office.
