In the Russian Kazan employees of a private security company operating in the territory of one of the houses refused to pass the ambulance in the yard.
Published video of the incident taken by a local resident.
The footage shows that the doctors had to leave the car at the gate and go to the desired entrance on foot, even though the house was about 100 m.
“So our security guard would not let into the yard for an ambulance. It’s just probably a gesture of some sort,” says the author of the video.
