In Russia, the Vladimir region Governor Svetlana Orlova called the local independent newspaper “Bandera henchmen”, “foreign agents” and “gossip”.
The head of the public relations Committee, in turn, called the independent media “information skunks”, aimed at “the psychological destabilization of the government.”
