“The police blocked the man in the car and called for reinforcements. The victim was hospitalized in hospital”, – told a source in law enforcement bodies.

The criminal case was initiated under article 318 of the criminal code (“violence against a representative of power”). The malefactor is threatened by punishment in the form of 10 years of imprisonment.
