Set dog owners who allegedly killed a seven year old girl in the Urals, according to the Prosecutor of the Sverdlovsk region.
On Sunday, the students found on the Playground in the village Palmino the body of a seven year old girl with bite marks and claws dogs. Investigators opened a criminal case under article “causing death by negligence”, the maximum period for which is three years.
As noted in Prosecutor’s office, the animals are, presumably, two dogs attacked the girl at the House of culture and clutched her neck. The child died. The exact cause of death will establish it is judicial-medical examination.
The Ministry has already started the test. According to available information, the girl’s mother is in the hospital, the child before the tragedy remained under the care of his grandmother.
Last Thursday, a similar case occurred in Moscow — a dog bitten in the city centre an elderly woman. It later emerged that four dogs on the territory of one of the state institutions in the street Kazakova in Moscow was released from the cage guard, making sure no outsiders.
