As informs on Monday Investigatory management SK the Russian Federation across the region, initiated a criminal case against two 16-year-old and one 15-year-old on signs of the crime provided by article “deliberate causing of heavy harm to health, dangerous for human life, committed by a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion, entailed on imprudence death of the victim” the criminal code.

In the morning of 14 July 2017, two 16-year-old, 15-year-old and 11-year-olds were walking around Sokur village, Moshkovsky district. When passed 43-year-old, 11-year-old of hooliganism obscenely insulted a passer-by. In response, he made the teenager comment and tried to leave.

Wanting to take revenge on the man, the teenagers have agreed among themselves to beat him, and then caught up with the victim and multiple blows of sticks, hands and feet inflicted the victim’s injuries, rastsenivaya as serious bodily injury from which the man died on the spot.

From the scene they fled, but soon the police went in search of them. Currently, three defendants in the case charged, they are taken into custody.

Due to the age of eleven partner is not subject to criminal liability. As it turned out, one of the accused was previously convicted for theft, and the second is under investigation in the case of causing of heavy harm to health of the person.

As reported in the press service of the interior Ministry in Novosibirsk region, the identity of the attacked man minors helped the police to set local residents who also indicated where they can hide criminals.
