Russian financial institution Tempbank, top management which was under US sanctions for providing trading operations with Syria and Iran, cut off from the international system for exchanging financial data SWIFT.
According to sources, Tempbank after the lifting of sanctions with Iran has opened correspondent accounts of the Iranian Central Bank and several major banks in the country, then the name of the Chairman of Tempbank Michael Gagloeva received a letter from “human rights” organization “unite against the nuclear program of Iran” (UANI).
In a letter to UANI warned Russian Bank from cooperation with Iran and Syrian companies, the sources said.
Meanwhile, as the newspaper notes, in the past year, the human rights Agency, under the wing of the CIA, threatened the leadership of Tempbank the introduction of personal sanctions for cooperation with Iranian and Syrian companies.
In fact, at a certain pressure, any Russian Bank can be disconnected from the SWIFT without much ADO and trials, sources say.
