According to the creators, “the card of the compatriot” will provide Russian-speaking citizens of other countries to live and work in Russia.
The Ministry proposes to introduce in 2019 the Russian equivalent of a green card, the newspaper “Izvestia” with reference to the project of the “Digital economy”, sent on the eve of may holidays on the coordination in profile departments.
“Green card” will provide highly qualified foreigners of Russian origin, who is fluent in Russian language, the right of entry to Russia and work in the country.
A similar initiative, said the Internet Ombudsman Dmitry Marinichev, will be useful for Russia.
