Now the government is formally not allowed to attract street performers to justice
The legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg has established a working group to amend the law on mass events and to prevent uncoordinated street concerts.
Deputies believe the legal regulation of street musicians insufficient – according to them, now events have to conduct according to the standards of the 1990-ies, issued by Governor Anatoly Sobchak writes a jellyfish.
“Now there are no requirements for noise and loudness of the sounds. Another story is when residents are on holiday in the tanks rolled, which is absolutely unsafe. But we did not handle the event private”.
In 2017, the government have proposed to adopt the amendments to the Federal legislation, to be able to present the minimum requirements for hosting private cultural activities. The document is on examination in the government of the Russian Federation.
Now the government is formally not allowed to attract street performers to liability if they do not collect money.
