The Supreme court upheld the claim of the Ministry of justice banning “Jehovah’s Witnesses”. In addition, the court decided to draw in the income of the state property of the organization.
It is noted that the center “Jehovah’s Witnesses” may appeal decision: if a complaint is filed, the decision on the ban will not come into force.
However, the justice Ministry had already suspended the operation of the center until final resolution of the dispute in court.
