The imprint of the Russian Federation accuses the military in the use of prohibited methods and genocide.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced the initiation of a new 20 “criminal cases” against the leadership of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine. Rossiiskie investigators have documented “dozens of cases of crimes against the Russian speaking population of Donbass”.
“The main investigation Department of the Russian IC initiated 20 criminal cases against the Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak and his deputies Oleg Rusnak, Ivan Shevchuk, Igor Pavlovsky, Alexander Dubliany, chief of the General staff Viktor Muzhenko, as well as first deputies and deputies Igor Kolesnik, Sergey and Vladimir Bessarab Chigago, officials in charge of the management of intelligence, Land forces and Air forces, including special operations: Sergei Popko, Basil Burba, Sergei Nueva, Anatoly Pushnyakov, Alexander Krasnooky, Alexander Pavlyuk, Andriy Hryshchenko, Oleksandr Locate, Sergey Drozdov, Mikhail Zabrodsky, Igor Luneva and Igor Voronchenko. In their actions the consequence sees signs of crimes under articles 356, 357 of the criminal code (use of prohibited means and methods of warfare, genocide),” – said the Russian Ministry.
According to the Russian consequence, in the period 2016-2017 specified persons “carried out the General management of military operations” against Russian fighters. “It is obvious that all of these individuals acted with the motive of hatred to the Russian-speaking population in the Donbass, wishing his death”, – noted in SK the Russian Federation.
Russian investigators claim that it “confirms the desire of the Ukrainian military to exterminate the Russian-speaking population and not allow themselves to determine how they live.” In addition, it is reported that in the near future in relation to “defendants in criminal cases” will be made the decision about attraction as accused, then they will be declared wanted. Russia’s investigative Committee continues “investigations aimed at collecting evidence of crimes against the peace and security of mankind committed by officials of Ukrainian power structures”.
