The court fined the activist of the movement “Open Russia”
A Russian court fined the activist of the movement “Open Russia” Dmitry Semenov for three thousand rubles for the repost news about how he was tried for repost pictures with state Duma Deputy Vitaly milonova.
In November 2016 D. Semenova was fined two thousand rubles for two reposts of photos Milanova t-shirt with the slogan “Orthodoxy or death”, although to the MP never had to justify to investigation for this slogan.
After that the activist did repost the news about the trials, where the signature once again was the slogan. Then Semenov has got another case of dissemination of extremist materials.
Before that, the activist was fined a thousand rubles for the repost of photos of the former “people’s Governor” Donetsk region Pavel Gubarev in the form of ultranationalist movement “RNE” ( “Russian national unity”), whose emblem is a variation of the swastika.
