Died satirist Mikhail Zadornov. It is reported by REN TV, who collaborated with Zadornov. He was 69 years old.
The writer suffered from cancer, was undergoing treatment for a cancerous brain tumor. As it became known in June, he decided to abandon procedures that were called debilitating and useless, in order to be with family.
Beginning in the fall of 2016, Zadornov cancelled performances due to chemotherapy. In October 2016 Zadornov had an epileptic fit during the creative evening on the stage of DK “Meridian”, was taken in an ambulance directly from the panel.
Zadornov himself to comment on her illness refused, explaining the reluctance to attract too much media attention.
