In Russia died a famous political figure

He held a position in the government, during the presidency of Boris Yeltsin.

Former Russian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksey Bolshakov working in the government in 1994-1997, died in St. Petersburg at the age of 77 years.

About this informed the Agency “TASS” with reference to the Federal North-West medical research centre. V. A. Almazov.

Patient Bolshakov was the last time, the report said.

“He has repeatedly admitted for treatment, the last time there was a growing heart failure, the disease developed rapidly. Alexei died the evening of April 21,” said the Agency in the medical center

In August 1996, Bolshakov was appointed first Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, was in charge of state management in the sphere of industry, transport and communications.

The Cabinet of Ministers Bolshakov left in March 1997.
